PRODUCT FEES
We take responsibility for any fines resulting from failure to meet statutory obligations.
FINANCIAL SECURITY
Introducers of equipment intended for households, in case of not concluding an agreement with the electronic and electrical equipment recovery organization, are obliged to provide financial security for a given calendar year. The amount corresponds to the mass of equipment introduced in the previous year multiplied by the product fee rate, which in 2020 is 7.50 PLN/kg for lamps and 1.80 PLN/kg for other product groups.
EDUCATIONAL CAMPAIGNS
Under the signed agreement, we take over the obligation to conduct public educational campaigns. If conducted independently, you would have to bear the costs at a rate of 0.1% of the revenue generated from introducing products to the market.
